Clinical notes (consultations, physical assessments, personal data, summaries of treatments) are stored digitally on a device that is not cloud-based. This device is kept password-encrypted and locked away when not in use. Digital records follow GDPR guidelines and will be stored for a total of 5 years after the client-practitioner relationship has ceased. Hard copies of pertinent data (assessment forms, consent forms), will undergo summary destruction within 28 days of transfer to digital media.
